March 8 – A day to remember and thank all the incredible women I met throughout my life

Early Life

Starting with my childhood, I grew up in a family full of strong women. A great example was my mother, who started her own business at 40.  Then, the list continues with my two grandmothers, my father’s aunt, and his cousins who continue to inspire me.  They all taught me how to be strong throughout their lives and chase after their passion and dreams to help others.

Later, I had incredible friends for life who continued to create miracles in their and others’ lives and be there for me whenever I needed them.

The Corporate Life

For more than 20 years in my corporate life at 3M, I reported to 20 different people from 10 different nationalities throughout my career, and only 6 of them were women. Meanwhile, I led team members across different cultures, countries, regions, and colleagues that I worked closely with and some other leaders, inspirational speakers, and business owners that I continue to learn from every step. Some of them I traveled with on business trips and got to know even better.

And now, I have new clients I’m getting to know across various sectors, organizations, across cultures.

The Journey

Some of these women became close friends of mine over the years.

These incredible women inspire me and provide me hope and energy with their courageous decisions and stories. Every step they take somehow somewhat impacted another life and made someone smile, offering a new light and color to this life. Every day is a chance to “awe and wow” with one of these incredible stories that I hear.
