Yaprak Sapanli Gorur
Yaprak has over 20 years of Global Human Resources leadership and coaching experience at 3M Company. She had a fast-paced career; she started as an HR generalist in a small subsidiary in Turkey, moved to regional and area HR Leadership roles in Europe, and led the global HR function for the largest business at the Headquarters ($12B, 20,000 employees globally) within 20 years.
She also developed leaders from various functions and nationalities and helped them accelerate their careers throughout her tenure. On top of that, she established and built high-performing, diverse teams.
In 2020, Yaprak founded YSG & Associates Coaching and Consultancy. Since then, she has provided HR Consultancy and coaching to executives and leaders working for companies such as 3M, Accenture, Amazon, AT&T, Bayer, BP, Capital One, Colgate-Palmolive, Coupa, Dow, H&R, Kohler, Facebook, Federal Aviation Administration, Schneider Electric, ServiceNow, Inc., Smiths Group, Twilio, US Department of AirForce, and Warner Media.
Besides, she served on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity from 2017 to 2019.
In addition, Yaprak is an ICF PCC (International Coach Federation – Professional Certified Coach), a Certified NLP Coach, and a certified team coach.
She is based in Florida, USA.
